BARB MAIOLATESI, CPT, LWMC Barb has been a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) since 1996. She is also a Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant. Barb specializes in the active mature adult, through private one on one training as well as small group training. Barb's passion for personal fitness and proper nutrition is passed on to her clients, providing them with a complete, well- rounded fitness package. In addition to personal training, Barb develops the fitness programs for our membership and teaches a variety of fitness classes. Sessions are 60 to 70 minutes in length All appointments must be paid in advance

STEVE DiMARIO, CPT Steve is a certified personal trainer with the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA). He has completed the Foundations for the Health and Fitness Professional Course, sponsored by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and attended the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Partner assisted stretch workshop. Steve focuses on a full body workout utilizing ones own body weight to tone and enhance muscle endurance. He also helps develop initial fitness programs for our members and teaches fitness classes.
